BSM & Canute fixes

I have fixed the Da Modza double deck aero trailer (Wilko) and the Satan Jumbo/Box trailer (Stobart and Lakeland) trailers.

There was an issue with the collision files, so I removed them and made my own collisions.

I know your very busy at the moment updating these awesome mods and I know you say you are not doing any requests but if you ever get any time could you add to the big Malcolm mod the new merc truck in malcolm logistics colours also the man middle cab in Malcolm logistics colours and the Volvo fh in Malcolm construction colours. I prefer the Malcolm mods to the stobart mods no worries if you cant mate love the mods I got from you they are awesome and I think its cool that you make these and update them for people to have keep up the awesome work (but don’t work to hard have a break ) =)
