ETS2: AI Vans update

Please note that due to some unit changes in the latest beta build, I have updated my ETS2 AI van mods (all three) to fix issues that will be caused with the update.

The updates are safe to use on the current public version, so feel free to update the mods in advance. The open_beta and public release have some minor changes that will REQUIRE this change.
