AI Vans & Kent Thomas Update

A couple of updates, new painted box vans have been added to the AI Vans (real companies) mod and Ken Thomas Renault is now a combo mod and has been moved to the combos page.

The AI vans mod will be updated on Steam Workshop just as soon as I get the upload files sorted.
