Marshalls PLC mod has been updated

Updated Cargo Textures for 1.39
Updated trailer wheels (using wrong/old ones)
Updated Volvo 09 vertex paint.

Updated old textures for brick trailer cargo to 1.39
Swapped some small trailer wheels from mods for SCS version.
