PSG v7 – 1.32 Update

It’s finally here, the PSG mod has been updated to 1.32. The trailer in this mod have been rebuilt from the ground up using only SCS trailers and some personal edits by me. All content is either my own or SCS now. Yay!

A few changes have been made, for example UKmail has been moved to defunct. They were purchased by DHL a while ago and have now rebranded to DHL Parcels UK and deliver under the DHL brand.

Some Updates & A General Note

First up; all ATS mods have been updated. However I have taken the decision to only support ATS mods on the Steam Workshop. If you previously used the offline versions you will need to switch to Steam Workshop versions.

Next up; all the Painted AI Vans in SCS company liveries mods have been completely reworked from scratch. All models in these packs are now SCS models that I have UVmapped personally. (Previously the old transit used Jazzycat’s models.)

As part of the rework, the companies are now split between the old Transit, the 2016 Transit, and the Peugeot Boxer. A similar update will come to the real replica vans at a later date.

Next up we have a brand new addition to the page, Anhalt Logistics (combo).

Anhalt contains a skin for the new Scania, two cisterns, and Fridge, and AI combo. This mod is designed for game version 1.31 and above only as it uses the new cables system.

AIM, Allinson, and Wychwood brewery mods have also been updated for 1.31 cables. Wychwood has also received a AI truck rework (now fully Blender Tools made) and has 10 new trailers.

The Renault Magnum & Premium painted grill mods have also been updated ready for 1.31 cables.

Please note: I do not consider cables to be an important update, so I have no plan to rush out updates for cable connections. Non-updated trailers will continue to function without issue, but they will not have cables visible when connected.

Some of my older mods really need some TLC, while I did a quick BT convert of old B2SCS made AI trucks, they still need to be updated with BT made models. So my goal over the coming months is to update all my old mods, make them all AI combos, all models being BT made and as I go they will get the cable connections added to trailers.

Be aware that I do have over 200 mods, so I will be doing them in alphabetical order to make sure nothing is missed this time around.

Big Stobart Mod Update

This morning (or last night) SCS updated the Steam Workshop uploader tool so the Stobart Truck skins that were previously released are now updated on the Workshop.

Now that the Steam Workshop tool works I am ready to release the BSM as well.

Version 12 of the BSM (1.30.x only) is a complete rework of the mod, all AI truck models have been completely remade from scratch which should fix the last OpenGL related issue.

First the “removal” AI trucks no longer have multiple skins for different names. When I first added this feature to the mod it was for Stobart Spotters who might like the idea of spotting the numerous names.

However this caused the trucks to spawn more frequently than I would like so I have decided that 1 skin per model is the better option. It’s also better for me if the mod requires updating as there are far less files to deal with.

New additions include the Stobart Energy WoodFuel trailer, Argos, Co-Op, and of course Rainbow Valentina.

WS and Explore have also had strobe beacons added for their AI models. Only the traffic with the construction/truck cargo will use beacons. The SDC trailer versions are turned off. Like wise the Stobart Brick Trailer beacons as turned off as they are mainly used when the crane is in operation, not while driving.

Warning: Because of Rainbow Valentina, this mod will only work on 1.30.x and above.

David Fox Combo

First off PC Hamilton & Michelin got updated on the 24th to fix a couple of issues. The Michelin double trailer skin wasn’t working due to a spelling error and the Hamilton trailer had the wrong material type set. Both issues were fixed and updated silently.

David Fox now has a full truck/trailer combo along with AI traffic and has been moved from the truck skins page to combos page. The old truck skin has also had a bit of a refresh for 4k size, fixed colours, and DAF DLC compatibility.

More Updates

Another day another batch of updates.

First up the Renault Magnum Painted Grill mod has been updated to get the grill colour as close to the main body skin colour as humanly possible.

The Michelin Trailer Skin mod has been updated to include a Gigaliner combo for the SCS trailers.

The Replica Trailers Skin mod has also been updated to give the Profiliner skins a Gigaliner combo, as well as DHL and Wyvern Cargo additions.

And last but not least, a new addition to the page: Mermet Logistique.

New Things and Updates

First off lets start with the updates. As you know, SCS released the DAF Tuning DLC today, and some of my skins that were previously made fro 50keda’s DAF 105 and Ohaha’s E6 have been retro fitted to work with the new DLC instead. This does mean those skins no longer work with those old mods.

A few weeks ago I updated many mods just prior to Open Beta launching, some of those updates already included updated skins. So the ones not listed below should already be updated.

The template packs have been updated for the new DAF DLC parts. For those of you how don’t wish to download the whole pack you can temporarily get the two DAF packs here.

The NEW THINGS!

Yes there are new things. Those of you who are on my FB group will already know about these new mods, and probably wondered why two of them never appeared here. Well now you know, the skins were made for the DAF DLC.

1.28 Open Beta Updates

So with open beta comes more changes, mostly COG changes for trailers to match the ATS changes that came with the Heavy Cargo DLC.

While the mods will function just fine (with warnings in the log) I have decided to update the “offline” mods today. Be aware that all the trailer/combo mods are updated for 1.28 Open Beta and will not work on older game versions.

There are 88 mods that will be updated so I am not going to list them all here. But all mods found on the combo page and company/Trailer pages should be updated including both the Big Malcolm Mod and Big Stobart Mod.

The fuel tanker pack also gained a new trailer as part of its update.

The BSM update also includes an SDC curtain for Explore and a TYCO trailer and AI combo.

 

For those from my FB Group wondering where the NEW things are, I will release those after 1.28ETS goes public.

 

New Releases & Updates

Update: Stobart Truck skins pack is updated for the Tyco DAF. I updated it on Steam some time ago but forgot to include it in the offline version. 

First new release is Jost Group for ETS2 including an AI combo, Mercedes Mp4 & two trailers.

Carlile has also been updated to include an AI combo. Be aware because of the changes in 1.6.2 (Heavy Cargo DLC patch) this mod is no longer compatible with 1.6.1x or older game versions.

 

I’ve also added a new bullbars mod for ATS, it adds the oversized banner to the bullbars of the Peterbilt 389. DLC is not required, but you will need game version 1.6.2.

The ATS XP mod has also been updated for the doubles code in the economy file. This means the XP mod requires game version 1.6.2 and will no longer work on older versions.
