Because this feature (at least right now) is considered optional and doesn’t require an update for the mod to function, I am not pushing out updates like I normally would.
Continue reading 1.44 updates & Woodside ReleaseNo I haven’t forgotten this place exists. Amongst working on a Patreon mod vs beta testing things just got rather busy. On the bright side I’ve been working on a mod a long time in the making, I get so distracted by other things that it keeps getting neglected.
Any way, as most people are aware by now SCS have teased the Renault T DLC tuning pack. This will likely mean some of my mod parts may become redundant. As I did with the Scania I may decide to remove a few parts to save my self work with updating the mod in future as well as to help support the DLC.

As always there is an AI combo, the original MAN TGX skin is updated to 4k, and a skin has been made for the new MAN E6 and DAF XF 2021.
There’s curtain and reefer skins available for SCS owned and my custom trailer mod as well.
My Custom Trailer mod on Steam Workshop has now been updated to v17.
This versions brings one of the new SCS tippers into the mod. As with my other SCS based trailers, this will have the custom reflectors, marker slots, mudflap, and rear bumpers. For most of the sideskirt options I think SCS did a pretty thorough job this time so there’s nothing new there.

I hope everyone had a good holiday period, I had a very unproductive one, but I did manage to finish off the Irlam mod within my intended time frame.
Those of you on Patreon have had access to a near complete version for several weeks now, but today I finished it off and here we are with a public release.

In 1.43 SCS changed some def information relating to axles on trucks and trailers for compatibilty with future features.
Presently (up to 1.42) the following lines in the def files were as follows:
liftable and/orsteerable axle: X (rear most axle)
liftable and/or steerable axle: X (middle axle)
liftable and/or steerable axle: X (front axle)
This has now been switched around so that the front axle is now at the top of the list and rear most at the bottom. While the change is minor, it does mean all trucks trailer mods using liftable and/or steerable axles need updating.
Below is a list of all my mods affected and updated.

McBurney got an update to fix potential issues.
Keedwell also got a bug fix with the AI combo and also got uploaded to Steam Workshop.
Both the David Fox and McBurney mods had a patch earlier to fix an issue with the AI truck paints.
David Fox, David Murray, and McBurney are also now available on the Workshop as well.
