5 More 1.32 Updates

Next pack of updates are ready to go.

In all cases updates include new cargo system.

A. Davies – Updated trailer to new SCS and added AI cables.

1.32 mods update

Apologies for the delay in updates since 1.32 released. For those that don’t know I suffer from persistant health issues which can affect my ability/desire to update mods.

In all cases these updates include AI trailer cables.

American Sweets – New SCS based 2 axle trailer.
F1 Combo Pack – Updated for missing textures.
Green Group – New SCS based trailer.
Verhoek – New SCS based trailer.
will – New SCS based walking floor trailer.
Yorkshire Tea – New SCS based 2 axle trailer and new Yorkshire Gold trailer.
YPO – New SCS based 2 axle trailer.



1.32 Batch 1

Now that my Steam Workshop mods are updated I will start to push out the ETS2 mods that require updating. Please be aware I will not be going alphabetical as I used to, I will be favouring mods that are “easier” first.

Mods that require model changes obviously will also require reskinning, skinning can be a long process, so those mods will come last.

1.32 Updates Live!




The following mods have all been updated for 1.32:

Big Stobart Mod (Now Workshop Exclusive)
Big Malcolm Mod (Now Workshop Exclusive)
Wyvern Cargo Mod (Now Workshop Exclusive)
Wychwood Brewery (Now Workshop Exclusive)
Stobart Replica Truck Pack (both blog and workshop versions)

ATS Workshop mods should go live within the hour assuming no issues are found.


Wychwood for 1.32 (+crash fix)

Open beta is out now so here have a crash fix.

The fix is for ALL my mods, because they use the old trailers there is a risk that they will crash the game when you meet them in traffic. If you wish to keep the mods active use the fix. Other wise I suggest you disable the mods, this fix will work with mods from this page and the workshop. It will also fix similar issues with other people’s mods.

Please note; this fix will not make the player trailers work again. That requires a rebuild of the individual mods.

General 1.32 Update Note: All my trailer mods will require a complete rebuild, not just for cargo, but models, skins, everything. There is no time frame for this to be complete, but I will try to finish it all this year.

On that note Wychwood Brewery is updated. Yay. One down, 199 to go. Steam workshop version will come once SCS update the uploader tool.


1.32 Embargo Lifted

Now that the Embargo has lifted on 1.32, I would like to address my mod situation.

The first thing to note is that ALL trailer mods will stop working because of the cargo system change. This means that I am going to be very busy in the coming months remaking all my trailer mods. Yes, I just updated them for trailer cables and now I have to do it again. It’s as annoying for me as it is for you.

My main mods: Wychwood, Wyvern, Stobart, and Malcolm will be the first to be updated. In fact Wychwood and Wyvern and already done and waiting. Unfortunately I made the choice to link some parts of my trailers to the SCS defaults and because the old trailers have been completely removed this mean they just won’t work even if I updated the cargo system.

While I could do a fast update with a temporary patch to fix the missing textures, I feel it would be better to just start over. However this does come at a price. Some of my lesser downloaded mods might be removed completely. At this time I haven’t decided if/what will stay/go. It really depends on how fast I can update as to whether all the trailer mods stay or not.

As far as owned trailers go, I have decided NOT to support this feature for most of my mods. Wychwood, Wyvern, Stobart, and Malcolm will most likely all be supported but other mods will not.

I would also like to add that as part of these updates many of my mod trailers (eg: the TZ Rommi walking floor) will be removed and replaced with the new SCS walking floor model.

Many other mod trailers may also be removed and replaced by SCS models. I’m particularly considering removing the SDC trailers in favour of the SCS curtain with aero skirt.
